Complaints
I have a complaint or concern, who should I contact?
Dunnington Parish Council is committed to helping residents wherever we can. However, many local services and statutory responsibilities are the responsibility of City of York Council rather than the Parish Council.
The organisations below are responsible for investigating and resolving these matters, and reporting concerns directly to them is usually the quickest way to get action.

However, where appropriate, the Parish Council will continue to represent residents' concerns and work with City of York Council and the developer to help resolve ongoing issues.
