Dunnington Parish Council Newsletter – May 2026
How nice it is to have light mornings and evenings and to feel the warmth of the sun as we head towards summer. It is the ideal time of year to try something new like joining the bowls club or volunteering with the In Bloom Team. Not only will you enjoy the outdoors but you will also meet like-minded people.
Playpark
We are pleased to report the playpark is now fully open.
Hassacarr Nature Reserve
Please can visitors to the nature reserve keep to the paths and dog walkers keep their dog on a short lead as it is still the nesting season.
Cemetery
Unfortunately, the seat around the tree has had to be removed as the wood was rotten rendering the seat unsafe. We are currently looking for a replacement and will also be replacing the benches as well.
