Hosepipe ban lifted!

Residents will be delighted to learn that the hosepipe ban imposed by Yorkshire Water back in August has now been lifted as of Tuesday 6 December. 

Increased rainfall and various drought schemes have helped to top up reservoir levels across the region. Yet despite this, Yorkshire is still in a drought according to the Environment Agency.

Therefore, Yorkshire Water stress that it’s still really important to use water carefully so there’s enough for everyone.
