Dunnington Parish Council Annual Parish Meeting
The Dunnington Parish Council Annual Parish Meeting was held virtually via the Zoom platform on Tuesday 20 April at 19:00.
As many of you are aware we could not hold one last year and we can only hold a virtual meeting this year. We do appreciate that this is not ideal but we consider that it is better than nothing. It will also give you the opportunity to meet some of the Parish Councillors.
This virtual meeting follows our Parish Council Resume which was delivered to every house in the Parish at the end of last month. The Resume contained information regarding some of the many activities we were involved with last year and also included some of the further activities that we are likely to get involved in this year.
As we are a very busy Parish we appreciate that we did not have enough space to include everything in the Resume so we thought that by holding this virtual meeting we would give everyone the opportunity to ask any questions, make any requests or make any suggestions that they want to so long as it is related to the Parish and which we may have an interest in.
So, if you have anything which you would like to raise we would appreciate you submitting the matter in advance, ideally via the contact page on our website, or to one of the people mentioned below before noon on Monday 19 April 2021. If not we will happily take any questions, requests or suggestions on the day.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible. Just a small tip it may be easier if you join the meeting a few minutes before it starts.
