Please see below an update, regarding the proposed Barratt/David Wilson Homes development, which is a copy of an email from Mark Baldry at City of York Council to Cllr Mark Warters on 8 March 2021:

From: Mark Baldry

To: Cllr. M. Warters
Sent: 08 March 2021 11:43
Subject: RE: Eastfield Lane 20/01626/FULM.

Dear Cllr Waters

Thank you for your email, I can provide the following update.

At present I am unable to confirm a date for when the application would go before the Main Planning Committee; however in any event parties who have previously made comments on the application will be notified when the application is scheduled to go before committee.

I am still awaiting the submission of various items of additional and amended information from the applicant. I have been in contact with the applicant to chase this and at present I am still awaiting an update. Given the nature of the additional information we have requested from them any updates would need to be the subject of further advertising/consultation. Whilst the previously agreed extension of time has now lapsed I anticipate that a further extension of time will be agreed with the applicant and that this will provide some form of timetable for the determination of the application – so as to accommodate any additional advertisement/consultation.

Kind regards

Mark Baldry | Development Management Officer
